The Sassy Ladybug policies

Payment Method:
Paypal and personal checks are accepted as payment. You may pay using any major credit card through PayPal. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Purses will be shipped out once personal checks clear the bank.

Return Policy:
The Sassy Ladybug carefully inspects all products after being created; however, minor imperfections may exist. These do not affect the quality and/or integrity of the handmade creation, they are simply attributes of the BEAUTY of a unique handmade product. For product returns to be considered, you must contact me within 5 business days. By placing your order, you are agreeing to all policies stated on the website.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to me. I will not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. I appreciate your business and am committed to protecting your personal information as I would my own.

Item Availability:
The Sassy Ladybug's purses are uniquely designed and all attempts are made to make them one-of-a-kind creations; however, two purses may only vary by a subtle difference. I sell on a first-come, first-serve basis. If in the unlikely event you purchase a purse that has just recently been sold, you will receive notification and reimbursement immediately.

Custom Orders:
There will be a 15% charge on all custom orders which require special materials and/or trips to complete the order. A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders with full payment due upon delivery. A full refund will be given if for any reason the order cannot be completed.

Product Sizing:
Approximate dimensions are given for each style of purse on its specific page. Please remember that they are one-of-a-kind, handmade creations and that the sizes may vary based on the fabrics used in the the construction and/or the layout of the purse based on the interpretation of the design. If you would like "exact" dimensions of a particular purse, please contact me.

Product Quality & Care:
Each purse is made with high quality fabrics and stylish accents. All stress points are double stitched and interfacing is triple-layered to give all purses just the right amount of stability. All purses are designed and made by me in a smoke free environment. Special care is taken to ensure that each purse is well constructed as well as being super sassy. Purse sizes may vary slightly due to materials and patterns used. All purses should be spot cleaned only! If concerned about staining, it is recommended that you treat your purse with a fabric protectant. The Sassy Ladybug can not be responsible for damages due to improper cleaning or misuse.
